Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Gainesville I-75 by IHG

The room, the staff, the entire property. My husband and I had booked a room at a different hotel originally. However we decided to not stay and this hotel was the saving grace of our trip. When we checked in, I was shaking and almost in tears with anxiety after the bad hotel experience already and your agent calmed all of my anxieties. She calmed me down, helped get me all signed up for the loyalty program for the future, and saved our trip. I wish I had booked here from the start and I will from here on out!

We loved the location and the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and happy to help with any of our requests. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and the seating area was well maintained. We loved the hot tub and pool!

The breakfast food is ok ….the quality could be a little better. Like Greek yogurt that is low in sugar. You need selections that are low in sugar too. The muffins have 34 grams of sugar! The fresh fruit is great but why do you wrap the apples in plastic?

Staff was wonderful especially Kendra! The room was wonderful and cleaned daily. I was there for someone who was sick in the hospital. The staff and facilities provided me a home away from home.

From the time I came in the employees up front was so helpful friendly and help me figure out my reservation. The hotel was very clean beautiful the outside pool hot tub and setting area was amazing. We go to our room OMG it was so clean the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved how y'all had the dove hand soap and lotion by the sink also Dove shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. I didn't even need to bring anything lol. And again all staff were amazing anytime they saw us they were so nice and spoke to us I also explained I had autism grandson five and he is verbal I wanted them to know because if they got any complaints of being loud or moving around and the lady up front took care of us and she made sure and made me feel comfortable that where we were that it would all be okay. We really enjoyed being there. And looking for our next visit in October I do believe October the 11th. We will be back o have a Dr appointment down there about having surgery on my broken foot. We can't wait.
